the dwarves are terribly proud and can get annoyed for not much! you have never heard of the War of the Beard? it's a war between Dwarves and High Elves for a shaved beard story

when I told you that dwarves can be terribly susceptible.

I know, Dwarves are my first and largest army in Warhammer. I have hundreds of minis.

I never played Warhammer even though I bought some Codex. my passion was more focused on Warhammer 40000 (probably because I played Dawn Of War  ).
I even tried to mount an army space marine but I quickly dropped, I found it too complicated for me ^^ '

I actually didn't think about any names. I just wanted to paint a Dwarf lord, battle - worn and mighty.

Hmm. I would imagine a king would look like that. A very warlike king. And with him missing an eye, he could be Thrain from The Hobbit, or I might name him king Sigurd Dragonsmiter for a minor Dwarf hold in WH fantasy.

Nice name! And thanks, I really enjoyed painting this portrait. I've got 2 more unfinished paintings at various stages of completeness, and 4 more planned for. The day is too short for everything.
