Well, y'asked me for a crit, so I'm not sure what I can tell you other than what I said in my advice before!
I actually kinda like the grainy texture to this, and I think if that's what's bothering you, the problem would more lie in the paper type you're using than the pencils or the technique.
For example, I drew this 3 years ago: [link] on some paper that was textured a little too much. It didn't matter how hard I pushed into it, the paper would still show behind the colouring.
But, it could just be that you've coloured this a little too light and cautious. Black is a very difficult colour to shade, and can be such an arse to get right.
I just suggest, if you want it a bit more solid looking, that you go over it heavily with a light grey, or even a colour like... dark red/blue/purple, to give a colourful sheen to it. Maybe go over the reds with a pink tone, and build it up with some purples for shading.
It's still a really nice piece, and you can definitly see how much effort's gone into it :3

ahaha thanks... i've been doing some sketches and coloring on plain computer paper lately since it's all i have besides watercolor paper (which is what I drew this on) and I can see what you're saying about different paper textures xD
ahah yeah, i get kind of lazy with the black so some parts end up being too light.
