I finally decided to make something with Sam and a DOA lady... after, what? A year?
I've always wondered how Sam would play like in a 3D fighting game like DOA, especially since she WAS considered for DOA Dimensions... it's certainly a different kind of fighting game compared to Smash, that's for sure!

Yeah, they really had a wasted opportunity regarding Samus. The most she got was a hazard for a stage, her and Ridley.
Heck, forget Zero Suit Samus, they could even bring in the standard suited Samus as well (if they can make Nicole playable fully decked in Mjolnir armor, I'm pretty sure they can do the same for Samus herself regarding her power suit).
Of course, that being said, they'd REALLY need to tone down her abilities for the fighting game genre especially when she'd be an outright game-breaker if she were going all-out due to her various genetic modifications (namely Chozo-DNA-infused, though if it's after Fusion, she might even retain some Metroid DNA as well).
Though speaking of genetically-enhanced characters, I'm surprised that no one has done artwork of Samus and Albert Wesker interacting, especially when both also had significant genetic enhancements.

Sip, desde que hicieron ese pequeño crossover en Dimensions, me quede con las ganas de ver a una nena pateaculos como Sam peleando con otras como Tina, Ayane, Christie, Helena, etc., así que para eso hice este par de renders, ya que no hay muchas cosas hechas con este concepto.
Samus tiene cosas como su entrenamiento y sangre Chozo, así que si, seria una contrincante formidable... eso si, en DOA hay ninjas como Hayabusa y Kasumi, así que tampoco la tendría fácil.

Considering the gigantic dumpster fire that is currently Dead Or Alive 6, Nintendo was wise in withdrawing the opportunity of Samus Aran being in Dead Or Alive Dimensions as a guest fighter..I guess even back then they knew that Dead Or Alive was a very poor fit for one of their most prized females from one of the legendary series they own. At this rate, Temco Koei cannot hope to convince anyone else to lend their characters; not with all of the negative publicity they are getting and rightfully so. The chance of Tifa Lockheart appearing as a guest fighter is less than zero at this point.
Now then with all of that being said, Kasumi is in the fight of her life as Samis Aran is unlike anyone she has ever faced. While Samus Aran and Sarah Byrant are strikingly similar in terms of pure physical appearance, they are not on the same level in relation to their respective accomplishments and fighting abilites. Samus's hand to hand combat training have not gotten rusty in the slightest bit. I can totally imagine Samus laying waste to MISt all by herself and finally putting an end to all of those Kasumi clones especially that annoying Phase-4 creation.That is the only way the series csn be saved.
I can't think of any other 3D fighting title Samus could realistically show up in as a guest. Excellent job on showcasing Kasumi and Samus engaging in a spectacular fight to see who is far superior woman.

Now I can also add that Tecmo Koei announced that support for Dead Or Alive 6 is ending in April via DLC and season passes meaning unless a miracle happens, Tifa Lockheart isn't going to show up up as a guest fighter.
