Description
Just like I did to Carmen Sandiego [link] , I decided to go ahead and ponify another character, this time Ken Ichijouji as the Digimon Emperor. Considered to be one of the most popular villains throughout the Digimon fandom, I created a "what if?" version of him as if he was in the universe of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

Compared to his true human design, his details aren't entirely accurate. This is done intentionally to fit the universe as well as play with his other features to fit my ideals (like his shoulder pad and cape).
