Here is a concept sketch of a Valkyrie, a Norse death angel who comes to take the fallen souls of brave warriors to Valhalla.They are also the daughters of the allfather, Odin.

I try to approach Norse Mythology as if it was under realistic standards and logical (then you can get far more deeper and cooler designs because everything has a function) and not just like a fantasy genre where they dress them up as a sailor moon girl xD (as you said she is dressed for the cold

Or you can take the opposite viewpoint that a goddess could run around in the snow with hardly any clothes on
