Chicago Graffiti Crews Poster
(with the list replaced by a poem)
Because 11 DIFFERENT crews complained to me about the Chitown crews list in just 3 days, I came to the realization that no matter what crews are listed, I'm bound to unintentionally rub some niggahz the wrong way.
It makes me wonder if some cities are more unified than us?
But then again f*ck that sh*t, since graffiti was never about some candy ass kumbaya-hand-holding sh*t anyway. LOL

CHICAGO GRAFFITI CREWS
No matter what crews rocked,
from the subways to the docks,
from the Blue line, Red line, or the Pink,
moving faster than cops could blink,
Chitown crews always sink,
those that tried to buff,
the cold cool stuff,
that writers made tough.
From piecing on rooftops,
to making tagging mops,
from the old school, the true school, and the new school,
none of us were fools,
some of us were sent to the county,
due to graff narcs' bounty,
yet we continue to bomb and piece,
all the while we release,
the mad skills they can't defeat!
And art snobs can keep their self-pity,
because we're all graff kings bombing all city!
