outstanding job as an overall but there is one complaint, not really a big deal but Kenpachi's Zanpakutou ISN'T curved but if it where it would look exactly like this beautiful.

I made it. The base katana, which I customed to this one was bought on Polish shop with guns and militaries [link]

This crazy screw that holds blade in tuka is a part of the furniture tie-beam. You should be able to find it in furniture shops.

I use a wooden lock pin to hold the blade in, like in an actual katana. It's a really simple system.
