Well she's a shy and quiet character who likes the comfort of her invisibility to others, but I think Sans would make her discover a more confident monster in her. She just hangs out with Alphys and So Sorry, but the way Sans can make an entire crowd of monsters gravitate towards him with ease makes her both envious and attracted to him. It's an introvert/extrovert dynamic, even if it is a little cliche.
