The pic looks nice painted. The colors are nice, the contrast is well done. The only thing that I don't like is the shadow over her nose, is too dark for my tastes.
The composition of the picture is simple but nice.
I think that the right hand has an anatomy problem. The fingers are too short, is a little weird. It looks like she only has 2 bones in the fingers now, and it should have 3 bones in each.
Her head is a little small in my opinion.
