But isn't it an honor for each of them to be chosen to become a goddess's body, especially a goddess of love in their respective pantheons? And then they get to be immortalized as golden idols bearing the images of the incarnated goddesses and worshipped for their beauty for all time.

True as they are immortalized as goddess not just for the moment but for all time as the goddesses are now not just borrowing their bodies. they are now one with them having been fully merged with them and possibly having their image now view as the two sisters

Indeed, they are merged with the goddesses who inhabit them, and for the rest as time the sisters will serve as the images of their respective goddesses.

thus if they are ever summoned again as true servants next time around it would be as their current self because the four have merged together.

Well, the reason the goddesses possessed Rin and Sakura was that they could't be summoned as servants normally
But I like the idea of Rin and Sakura becoming Ishtar and Parvati's true forms in the end

After all if they could not be summoned normally thus the reason they are in the Tohsaka sisters. Having been fully merged with them in this statue form. That problem would no longer exist as their true forms would be the Tohsaka sisters thus they could eventually see themselves being worshiped and idolized as true servants

Of course, to truly become Divine Spirits requires that they transcend beyond their mortal forms, so their original bodies turning into golden idols of the goddesses seems a fitting sacrifice

true as fitting end for their mortal forms as they for the most part shed their former selves of Rin and Sakura Tohsaka. However one of the few things they could keep from their mortal existence would be their feelings for Shirou. thus they would be goddess of love in love though they would not be exactly sure why just that the Shirou Emiya regardless of the form is important to them

true as though this just their mortal shell it would still be divine now that the goddess is merged to it. So they might have the desire to have seen to be loved by all not just themselves

Of course a goddess would love any form of worship of their beauty, even of a golden idol of themselves
