Pokemon item: B.R.E.E.D. (Biological Reproduction Enhancing Electronical Device)

Description: In Pokemon world, when two pokemons of diferent gender and the same egg-group are left togheter in a Day-care center, usually they will have an egg, from which will born a new pokemon, who will be from the same specie of the mother and will have the father abillities. This phenomenon kept Professor Parcel's attention. He made lots of research about pokemon reproduction to clear all the secrets behind it, and thanks to his investigation, he was able of create his most important invention, the B.R.E.E.D., an item who allows any Female Pokemon to breed with any Male Pokemon, regardless his egg-group. But, when his invention was put to the test, it worked, but it had a new and marvelous, non-planed secondary effect...

This new item have a main role in my new contest, but I will explain it when I post my contest... tomorrow.
