Description
Kroelian EISCUE can be found in the same area as Kroelian SANDYGAST and PALOSSAND and many other oil based pokemons of the region

It has the ability "Flammable" and this ability will make it change its form and type depending on certain conditions

In its Oily form it is a Poison type, in this form it is inmune to water type moves but if its hit with a fire type move, or gets burnt it will change into its burning form
In its Burning form it is a Fire type, its attack increases and contact with the pokemon may leave the foe burnt, but if hit with a water type move or if it starts raining the fire will burn out
In its Burn out form it becomes a Ghost Type, stats decrease but all pokemons accuracy in the battle is decreased due to the smoke, it will remain like this until switched out or hit by a poison type move

Burning form can be triggered automatically if the pokemon is holding a Fire Orb and Oily form can be triggered automatically if the pokemon is holding a Toxic Orb
