Time fleets, as the clouds, as the ships, as the shadows

An illustration I started making sometime ago, that I wanted to finish, based in the latin expression seen above.

As the expression says, this is supposed to symbolyze the passing of time and the result in the uncomming death.

There are many separate symbols all over, as the fact that the clock's body is a coffin and the pendulum a spine and pelvic bones, with a pair of femurs hanging; The clock has 13 hours instead of 12; and in the base, there are 3 female faces, one of a kid, one of a young adult, and one of an elder lady, thus symbolizing 3 primordial stages of life.
