After you have progressed in your journey and gained new abilities you would be able to return to the abandoned construction site and access new areas deeper withing the location. Here you would be able to find large construction machines with which ROTOM can be bonded, each machine requires ROTOM to be on one of its powertool forms and once the bond has been made ROTOM will evolve into ROTOMEISTER

ROTOMEISTER will keep the same type as its previous form but the special move it learned will be upgraded into a more powerful move:

Trimmer Form - Electric/Bug - X-Scissor becomes X-Saber

-The user slashes at the foe with its powerful saw, if the user is trapped in any form of bind this binding will be removed but the moves power will go up

Drill Form - Electric/Steel - Smart Strike becomes Drill Strike

-The user drills at the target with extreme force, this move will pierce through any barrier or guard, negative effects are still applied

Roller Form - Electric/Ground - Bulldoze becomes Terraform

-The user sprays the target with a heavy toxic substance. The foe will get stuck in place and wont be able to flee or switch and any incoming foe will get stuck as well until the mix dries up

ROTOMEISTER all have the ability Technician, and the Hidden Ability Heavy Gear, pokemons with this ability get their ATK boosted if their SPE raises and their DEF boosted if their SPE lowers

ROTOMEISTER is not able to switch forms like ROTOM does, once it has evolved the change is permanent

However there is sitll one more stage to achieve
