Excellent ideas. Mamoswine does not cut it; we need proper mammoth Pokemon. The way you've managed to get the sheen on the ice is quite spectacular.

I'm not sure if you do this on purpose, but the way this (and alot of your other pokemon art) is colored really reminds me of the early gen 1 art, not the "in game" art obviously, but the ken sugimori stuff you would see on covers and promotional stuff. In other words I love it lol

This is one of my favorite designs of yours. I love the idea of around the bones. Also there eyes are beautiful, I love this. But couldn't this be Ice/Ghost? It seems more like that.

I really like the look of these two however a bit twisted for fitting into the series. It would be sort of like a zombie pokemon... not sure that would fly. Don't get me wrong I love the concept but their is great potential here. I would see this looking more like it fits the series if the bones theme was gone and the white face parts were refitted to look like a elephant's face. The tusks could be ice/rock mixture (material wise). I like the feel of the ice parts with rock under layer and the trunks are great. As for the names I really liked the original name "Elephrost" and to add one that I came up with "Cryodon" (Cryo-Mastodon). "Phantice" sounds like a cool ice/ghost pokemon. Ether way I would like these as a supposed prehestoric pokemon.
