I has been planning on giving some of my new remade pokemons a mega evolutions and I went for and give this fella one

This one has even more elements from the plague doctor than before, hence its ability

This one would be a pain in the ass on one on one battles with is ability, so you better get a pokemon with inmunity or a steel type

Design: Brilliant, really sick.
Ability: Broken. Set up Toxic Spikes and then simply chill, while looking at your dying opponent, which is quite ironic, considering the name of its ability. I really like it!
