You know, you don't really see a lot of serious/grumpy looking or muscular protogen critters about. I think that problem should be remedied.

Featuring less eye-bleeding colors and standing at over seven foot tall, OTiS is a music maker. He can play any instrument, from guitars to steel drums and even things like hard to find ethnic instruments and silly things like spoons and cowbells, all with the greatest of ease. Regardless of what instrument he plays, he takes his work very seriously... Are you really going to make fun of a big ol' cyborg for playing the ukulele or kazoo?

But how does he do it? Well let's just say he has a library of musical instruments and all the way to play them stored in his memory. After all, if you're gonna be a cyborg, at least have some cool stuff added on, right?

Really though, there's nothing more to this guy than just taking a concept and turning it on it's head.
