Originally this was going to be the last preview page if I stuck to tradition.
However I have bigger plans to create the ultimate cliff hanger! XX3
Be sure to look forward to the next 5 pages of Chapter 02 for those who are unable to purchase the book at this stage!
The part after the preview pages is an awesome bout' between Duke & Stream. 
The following preview pages are some of my best pages because of the added rain and lightning effects. I put in a lot of extra time to make sure your get that stormy atmosphere just before the big fight. ^_~

The fact that you broke the rules of paneling (which are made to be broken anyway) when you drew Duke all over the page makes it awesome. 'Nuff said.

Man, this page... This page is really something. The effects applied here are dazzling- giving you a clear and very strong feeling of what time it is, what the mood is, and what their enviorment is like. Not only that, but the details are clear and noticible, and the fact that it's night doesn't handi-cap the panels or the readers at all. This is probably my favorite page (Next to the one with Stream yelling at Ruby about saving her ass)
The tones and effects here are again just... Dazzling! I mean, the rustic grays here portray what I think must have damn near perfect (If not, then perfectly) what we're supposed to feel.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it flows. Very nicely, not to mention.
But there is one thing that keeps throwing my eye off- I keep looking at the top of Duke's head, and he keeps blending with the rest of the piece- and it seems to make it difficult for me to see the line art and where he ends. I really like the polka dot tone, but I think it's a smidge to dark and close to the line art's, which is why my eye tends to wander and loose the snow fox gazing around. Another possibility is that it may just be a bit contrasting compaired to the white. Then again, it may just be that my eye needs to get used to the pattern that Duke's tone poses and then I'll be more comfortable in spotting him.
I also have a question about the foliage and flora in the background... Did you happen to pencil those in, or did you use the digital edit to work that in, like usual? It's very captivating for me for some reason.
To continue on with this, I noticed you said the next pages were going to have a storm, but the moon is out on this one... Does that mean the transition happens within the next few pages, or does it suddenly switch to the storm?
This battle is going to be exciting and I can't wait to read on! It's very generous that you giving us so many previews, Darkspeeds, sir! I love as much of the book as I can get since I have to wait quite a while before I have the ability to buy buy buy! Lol, I'm sure by then you'd have something of six or seven books out. O_o; Heheh. Anyway, I'm rootin' for you like always!

Yes I did digitally screen toned the flora in the BG. It looks nice doesn't it?
Thanks for the critique on Duke though you will get more used to his representation on each page when you read more pages! XD He'll be taking that eye-twisting (due to high contrasts) robe off soon! XD
It's a shame you can't get to see the actual battle between the two - it's one of the coolest moments in TGAF history!

I knew it... I knew it since I saw the last page of the first comic book, that a scene like that will someday appear.... and here it is, the ultimate showdown between Stream and Duke. who will win? who will fall? it is alll so exciting.
yeah, more preview pages! and yeah, i know what it is like to draw pages with extra effects and loving to draw them. I had the same feeling when I made the night scenes in the 4th book of "Eternal Purity". I totally love them til today! ^^

Nothing reflects confidence more than nonchalantly giving the opponent credit for his abilities.
Duke does not believe he will win - he knows it. If I'm correct, well done showing that.
On a side note: It would be good for the characters to revamp the threath/power level rankings, after it becomes apparent they are inadequate. If "His powers are off the scale" is a recurring situation in the story, DBZ effect is unavoidable.

Dammit...! Ruby's gonna have a huge struggle about who's side to take! The Delta Division is actually under T.R.A.P.'s orders. Ruby was once following in Stream's footsteps, but mistaken as a "Healer Type" soldier, she now has to aid part of T.R.A.P. This is mind-twisting! I can already imagine Ruby's mind being literally twisted by the time the page in which Ruby finally knows the truth comes...But currently, I'm like: "What the hell's going on!? Two forces are ramming into each other, and I can't decide which one to aid!"
