Oh my gosh this is super impressiv. Seriously someone needs to sujust this for a daily deviation or something because you did an amazingly beleviable job. So much emotion, I am truley in love with this piece.

well actually i liked the idea of showing the statue of liberty , th statue is always showed in futuristic movies as a ruin or part of it, im going to make a better version of this one , thanks for you comment

Looks cool.
If you want to go with the "destroyed" look you need more edges, more stuff too. The buildings should not be whole but broken up. The bridge in the background should be broken up too.
If I was doing this picture I would get the building sections you have and place them at an angles in the water and I would boolean and mess with the meshes to make them look destroyed. Would have at least 2 rows of buildings to the left and right side of the picture. Then I would place the statue of Liberty right at the edge of the fog maybe a little bit into the fog way in the background. People see the destroyed skyscrapers and feel that its a big city and the statue of liberty says "New York".
This is just my spin on your picture, I don't want to tell you how to make your pictures.

i forgot to write something, the statue of ilberty used in this scene is the same for lady liberty , the one i did on 3ds max
