P.S. (meaning pre-script...although this is an after thought...) please keep in mind that i must be quite manic right now therefore it is only fitting that you read this *very* fast... ^_^ thank you!Alright! an update...*so proud of self* i've been so depressed on and off that i haven't even been doing art. (which means really *really* bad depression, since art is what usually gets me OUT of depression) then again, it could have something to do with me running out of medication and being off it for a week..... mmm....
okay. technical crap. This is called "In Gothic Wonderland" (as i'm sure you have guessed...i hope). This is the theme i picked for my fashion design mid-term for this semester. maybe it was a good thing i was depressed when i was cuz i stayed up for nearly three days straight without any sleep. This is the product of my delirium during my sudden regression into insomnia. I actually made this outfit too. Perhaps I'll put up a picture of it. I wore it on Halloween. then went to Denny's at 2 in the morning ^_^ much fun. anyways, i'm getting off subject again.
Media: watercolour, india ink, prismacolor markers, patterned paper, a velvet ribbon and *complete lack of sanity* aha ha. *ahem*

I don't really make patterns. Every outfit I make I do from scratch and specifically for my figure. The only tip I have if you want to make this is pick a dress or shirt you already have that fits you really well and trace the pattern out of that. That's how I learned.

Wish I had time to actually *make* some outfits. >_< I used to make little things for my barbies all the time when I was six...hmm....
Oh well. Nevermind.
I have insomnia a lot, too. A LOT. It always kills yet another part of my sanit.y But I guess it's fun once in a while. Once I stayed up a record of four days, five nights. Near the end I started hallucinating. On the fifth day I just kind of lumbered up to my bed and died for a day and a half.

Wow! You're very courageous to wear that out, but it's a beautiful piece of work. Especially as you've given all the different colour schemes that you could mix and match with. I could see this on a character in a Computer game or Anime.
