Description
Survive Form is Clash's final form, assumed by using the Survive Arashi Advent Card. The Survive Arashi card transforms the Glide Visor into the the Glide Visor-Zwei, which Clash uses to transform into Survive Form and read Advent Cards. Transforming into Survive Form also causes Glidiator to transform into Glidelancer. Survive Form enhances all of Clash's stats, allowing him to surpass all other Riders.

Glidelancer (グライドランサー Guraidoransā): A grey mechanical winged horse-like Contract Monster that evolved from Glidiator thanks to Clash Survive.

- V-Buckle: Transformation belt materialized from a mirror reflection.
- Advent Cards: Trading cards that supply the user powers, weapons and Mirror Monsters (if they catch any).

Final Vent
Clash's finishing move is called Charging Flight. Clash rides on Glidelancer, then it transforms into the Bike Mode. While drive towards the enemy, the bike turns into the yellow drill energy with wings extended from Clash's cape and crash to the enemy.

Etymology
- The name Clash comes from the movie title "Clash of the Titans".
