BiWaKa Combo, also known as the Marine Combo (海のコンボ Umi no Konbo), is the blue combination, using the powers of the semiaquatic animal Core Medals: Beaver (ビーバー), Kawauso (カワウソ Otter), & Ashika (アシカ Seal).

- Ritu-O Scanner: A device that scans the medals.
- O Medals: Medal trinkets.

- Medaspear: Ritu-Os' personal weapon.

- Ridevendor: Ritu-Os' Rider Machine.

Powers & Abilities
With the full Combo, Ritu-Os can swim into the ground as if it were water.
Beaver Head: Ritu-Os cuts through solid objects with the motorized teeth.
Kawauso Arms: Ritu-Os detaches both Razor Shells, arming like fan blades.
Ashika Legs: Ritu-Os generates water energy with each kicks.

Finishers
Ritu-Os scan the Core Medals and place it at the side of the driver to activate the finisher.
Scanning Charge!
Ritu-Os skates around his target while arming with Razor Shells, spinning himself and delivering the tornado Rider Slashes.

Etymology
- Ritu-Os' rider name is derived from the word "rituals".
