Description
Holy Light Story is Telz's bible-based final form, accessed by using the Holy Light Arcane Book in the Telz Driver.

Background
The three riders recently encountered Belial Arcemon - a third-ranked demon who completed his task, thus to gain a soul from the angel host Nephiel, successfully defeated the riders. Suddenly, a light shines down from the sky and reinforcement of archangels descends from heaven. While the event is happening, Tenji approaches the battlefield with the new book, transforming him into Holy Light Story. Belial is defeated by Telz, but sealed to the Arcane Book by Grim.

Lock Mode: Telz bears the armor that protects from Arcemons Rank 1-3's powers.
Holy Power: Telz is granted with a strong power from the heaven's light.
Energy Wheels: Telz can summon a flying energy wheel to assist him.

Finishers
Telz presses the button on top two times to activate the finisher.
Conclusion! Holy Light: Sacred Attack!
Telz summons two energy wheels from his hands to deliver a powerful throw to the enemy.

Conclusion! Holy Light: Sacred Finish!
Telz generates with light energy, running towards the enemy and summoning two energy wheels from his wrists to deliver a spinning Rider Punch.

Telz scans the Arcane Book with the Gaku Sakusaber to activate the finisher.
Conclusion! Holy Light: Sacred Hitslash!
Telz conjures several pages-like projections to enemy, before delivering several white and gold energy coated slashes to enemy.
