Fumina Tsurumi (鶴美史奈 Tsurumi Fumina) is Kamen Rider Yuzuru (仮面ライダー夕鶴 Kamen Raidā Yūzuru, lit. "Twilight Crane"), the 12th competitor of the Rider War. An expert of kyudo, an art of archery, she was part of Ragno's group. Later, Yuzuru joins Clash 's team.

Background
Fumina was part of Ragno's group along with Kraken and Vespa. She was send out to fight and kill Clash. After investigating for a while, she had forgotten her mission.
