I really like your dragon's design. The fur on the wings always pleases me XD
When it comes to postion, you nailed it here. The wings are placed perfectly across from each other and overlap the body at just the right spots, and you drew them pretty good. Now, what's really noticable here is the line work. The lines are really wobbly, especially near the shoulder. But being someone who always used to use a mouse, which I'm assuming you used here, I KNOW how hard it is XD I see you used the straight line tool for the tail blade. It's okay to use that tool for the whole picture, it's not "cheating", it's still your art XD Another thing you can do is, scan a traditional into the computer and digitally color it, so that your linework is nicer as well as the coloring.
