But seriously, I love this pairing. It just amuses me so much. (As you can clearly see.) I think it's mostly because I see Turbo/Candy taking advantage of the fact that Sour Bill is programmed to be loyal to the royal family, no matter what. So I see a lot of //hilarious// disturbing stuff happening to Bill. XD And Bill is all flustered and has to put up with it.

LOL. I don't think it's sick. Though I will say my perverted thoughts for this is more because I find it hilarious.
I'm not sure if I think Turbo is sadistic, per say, but I think his humor allows him to do disturbing things because he finds it funny. Like just randomly lifting him up and kissing Bill on the lips, when the sour candy says something he agrees with. Or rubbing his head just to annoy him. And he probably licks him sometimes too. Things to get a reaction out of Bill because he finds it funny.
Though I can equally see candy using him when he has actual needs, too~
