Study up on some bodies, such as how a guy's body would really look like and try working with that.
I'm not saying that you should do the entire muscle-thing >_>
Just a bit to make this one look better.
You don't always want to draw in straight lines, either; try curving more in the pants to make it really baggy, or straighten it out at the legs and baggy at the feet.
Your face proportion is kinda off; his eye is where his forehead should be. If you're going for the "big eye bish" look, you need to take into consideration what will fit inside the face you have drawn.
Since it's a small face, small features should be fine; small but subtle. ^_^
