x3 No, submitting drawings is free on here. You can go to your 'gallery' and there should be a button there called 'submit'. Go there and it'll show you how to upload drawings.
You also use submit to profile pictures, just once you are in the submit area, under 'Category', select 'deviantart related' than 'deviant ID' and submit it under that. That will enable you to put that picture on your main page, under 'deviantID'.
