I agree with you. There is simply too much going on in this design. Having both snake-skin design and floral design at the same time, just doesn't work. Her stockings are an example: There seem to be 4 different types of fabric there. Simply terrible.

But what I like about it, though, is that she is more covered up. Her outfits were starting to get ridicolously revealing. The same goes for the rest of the female character's outfits in SC IV. I'm glad they realised that it was simply too much.
