For those of you who don't follow my Facebook or Instagram updates, I'm actually going to go on my dream vacation to Disney World for Christmas time next week! I'm totally stoked because my BF even booked us one of the princess rooms at one of the Disney hotels. Since adults can't wear full costumes to the Disney Parks, I decided to design three outfits that could be casual but still distinctly Disney. I'm going to be Hiro Hamada, Donald Duck, and Jack Skellington (inspired).
This is the Baymax backpack I made to wear with my Hiro Hamada outfit for Disney World =3 It has an invisible zipper and is lined with a pretty gray quilting fabric I had left over from my Totoro designs. The whole time I was making it I would periodically hug it and say "Hairy baby!" My mom now officially thinks I've lost it. lol. Better yet, my BF will be wearing a white shirt with Baymax's access port on it. So excited! Can't wait!

Honestly I have no idea how I made it XD I just kinda made a plush and then somewhere in the middle of finishing the plush, I added a pouch, zipper, and straps. Hence me never making more to sell XD

Make sure you cut against the bias correctly TT___TT It will warp when you wear it if you don't. It took a couple tries since I'm not familiar with fleece, but eventually came out right!

is there any special shaping done for this? or is it mainly just two circles sewn together with a zipper? It's so cute and I'd love to make one for myself

Some shaping with a chopstick after it was sewn, but nothing too extreme. The hardest part is cutting correctly with the bias of the fabric. The first two attempts warped like crazy once they were stuffed XD It's been so long since I spent time on a plushie that I completely forgot to take that into account
