Description
A pinafore featuring the Tardis from Doctor Who. ^_^ This pinafore's skirt wraps all the away around and fully covers the backside. The Police Box sign is made out of vinyl so that it can be ironed, washed, and will last forever. The windows are made out of white cotton and a delicate black lace.I'll get around to uploading the matching top hat that boasts the little public notice and a black tulle bow

This is absolutely gorgeous! But I haven't been able to find a any top hat like you mentioned. Did this sketch you speak of get lost? Or have I merely missed it? I would much like to look at the hat as well.

Ah. It is more of a fail on my part to make top hats. lol. My attempt was not pretty. I have recently spoken to another Etsy artist, however, and we are in the works of collaborating on an accompanying hat <3

Haha. I know. I failed at my attempt at the top hat. I made it for my friend and gave it to her for graduation. I am, however, collaborating with a fellow Etsy seller who specializes in top hats. She said she will try to make one ^_^
