Well i just made this pic!!!
CAN`T BELIVE IT!!!! its so much better than i expected,
Well yes i drawed it on photoshop just using,
Basic brushes,
Smuge,
Blur (this was my fav),
Rubber,
Star,
leaf (haha bet you can`t see where),
layer things i used:
Opacticy,
Feather,
Color over,
Outer Glow ( OMG I LOVE THAT SO MUCH xxx)
Satin,
Shawdow,
and a few more i can`t remeber names of,
What picture stock did i use?
Well most of it was drawn but here is the back ground image,

I made that stock Not stolen! don`t acuse me of theift >,

Also im kneen to know what you think the girl loks like I.e
