To round out my Halloween-themed uploads, here's Effie, made for a custom trade with the MLPA's Eferia. She wasn't a Halloween pony, of course, but she could certainly pass for one!Eferia wanted swirls, but with a more gothic feel than the usual. Some of the design work here was clumsy, but the skull was fun to paint and those eyelashes were crazy. The only touch of color on this pony is green--green eyes and dark green streaks in her hair. Her hair also has some of Dollyhair's Moonlight in it, so it's a bit sparkly in person.
Hopefully I'll be able to follow these old customs up with some new Halloween-related ones!

This pony is so beautiful. I love your intricate design work on her, like the details above her eye and around the skull (which is also brilliant, btw). And I love how the bait choice makes her look a little zoned out/zombie like. Very Halloween appropriate!

XD Yay! I used that pose, I think, for my Sethrian pony. There's something about it that says manliness. Or I could be insane. Both are good options.

Thank you kindly! It was a very different kind of symbol than what I usually do and one of the first times I ever did anything subtle color-wise, but I think she worked out okay. Her new owner liked her, and that's what's important!

The texture of the skull makes it very unique. And subtle isn't a word that is normally associated with Ponies but you pulled it off really well. And making the new owner happy is always what matters most
