Upscale is not a wise tweak to use, it can damage your gpu...running sizes that it can not naturally support...I'ver burned up quite a few computer monitors doing so and your phone isn't exempt.
Other than that, this is different, certainly not my choice of colors but interesting.

What do you mean? Your phone already runs at its maximum resolution; 750x1334(iPhone 6) and 1242x2208(iPhone 6+ downsampled to 1080x1920), you can only set a lower resolution safely. Setting a higher resolution causes the gpu to work harder at maintaining graphics that it wasn't designed to handle causing overheating and eventually screen failure.

Keyboard being small is a result of changing the resolution via upscale. batterystatusbar has options for changing colours.
