I don't think I've ever met anyone that didn't like Teenage Mutant Ninja Tortoises, as an adult or a kid.It was (and still is) in my top 10 favourite comics/cartoons.
I also loved the original movie... (not #2 or 3 though). Β Recent 3d animated tv shows just don't cut it either for me.
The new Michael Bay movie has me wondering though... I don't like what he did with Transformers, so here's hoping.

This is great :0) Although I watched both Transformers and Turtles back in '80s and '90s, I never thought of this :0)
I kinda like the new Nickelodeon Turtles as well (2012). They made them more distinctive both in personality and visually. Some of the mutants that appear are a bit "problematic" in design, but Karai is very strong character, and they put much effort in crafting the storyline.

And me too, I loved the original movie, the next ones, 2, 3 and animated not much either.
I'm fearful about what Michael Bay is doing with the new movie... let's wait and see what happens...
