One of the cover boys for Drow Studs Quarterly -Halloween Special- Fall 2004 .Shand is quite possibly my all time favorite Drow fan character⦠I just wish he were easier to draw!

I feel dumb asking . . . I've never seen a Drow like Shand before . . . (and I drew him . . . I'll post him for you, DarkestDrow. I dunno how to do links yet, so i'll just say it'll be in my gallery when I get it scanned.) Is there a special name for his kind or some strange story to him? I think I would love him! I love spiders! I might just glomp his spidery self! LOL!

Unfortunatly, I don't own Shand, he isn't my character. So if you do post any art of him make sure you Β© the character to *xaotl (she's the one who created him and owns the character).
As for what he is...he's a former slave who was fleshcrafted into this spider form by his last owner. So I would just refer to him as a "Fleshcrafted Drow" and that should cover it.

BRAVO, very good. i also have a spider like Drow and it is almost impossible to draw him, (that and he has 6 Drow arms instead of spider limbs.).

Why does he look like he's waiting for someone to finish taking pictures? Almost like he's bored out of hell... Pfff. Buff and studly Drow men. Them's all alike. 
I really like that expression BTW and those two colored strands of hair are cool too, since they umm... add color...to the character. Heh.

Ahh, poor little sqeemish Sigs... You just don't get it do you? All the women drool over the fact that he DOES have those extra hands and all... More hands mean more fun!
And I personally think the collar bone piercings are f**king AWESOME!

Oohh, thanks again! This character is always so hard to draw because I have trouble drawing hands...and since he has FOUR of them, drawing him is like a damned nightmare sometimes!
I pretty happy with how it turned out, but it still needs some improvment.

*whimpers* Still having problems with Shand...so hot....but had that whole 8-leggity thing going.... *confused* drow...all those extra fingers...but 8 LEGS! *sobs* Can't cope...
