Description Another one for  , this time a cool air bending character called Vortex, who can manipulate wind and create not only tornadoes but effin' wind sawblades. She's definatley not one to mess around. Lineart done in Clip Studio Paint and colors done in PSCC

I like the color scheme. The earthiness of the tan is a good contrast to the electric blue.
