There is a baby toffee statue seen during monster bash when meteora is in her old nursery itβs hard to see but if you pause during that scene eventually you can find it. Eclipsa loves chocolate and monsters so it makes sense she named him toffee.Β

That is true, from what I can gather, Eclipsa apparently broke a peace agreement and now Star wants payback

Well, almost. The idea I had initially was at the end of svtfoe when she gives Eclipsa the wand she's actually evil and then goes to raise a monster army with Toffee to take back the Mewni throne. Star tried to negotiate for peace but ultimately the non-aggression treaty is broken and Eclipsa invades Mewni. If you check out my other pics you could probably guess where the story goes from there.
