I stitched this up for my partner in the Craftster Hoopla Round 5. It was a color round, and I chose grey from the options my partner gave me. She wanted something about overcoming obstacles for her theme, so I drew up a little birdy girl who could take flight over any problem. The hair was fun, though I'm still on the fence over doing half fill and half outline for it. I wanted to pull the focus to her face and keep the hoop from being too heavy. The actual hoop is wrapped in the same sheer grey ribbon that the bow is made of. Wow that took forever to do. I really do hop she loved it. I'm so in love with her ears.
