Speculation: female inquisitor could be Bariss Offee, but is most likely Dhara Leonis. Male inquisitor will become Supreme Leader Snoke in SWTFA.

Doubtful regarding Dhara. She only disappeared relatively recently, so she wouldn't be trained and/or experienced enough (especially since the Pau'an Inquisitor was even older than Vader) to take out Kanan without help. Considering how Barriss has a history with Ahsoka, actually beat her in a fight, and the concept art has the female Inquisitor with a yellow-green skintone.

I thought the first Inquisitor was enough for the rebels to handle, now Darth Vader has summoned two more and they look more capable than their fallen comrade.
