Ever since I saw the movie I've been wanting to make some fanart about her but only now I had the time and inspiration to do so. I struggled along the way while drawing her, and this didn't turn out quite the way I wanted to, but at least it's finished now

Very nice piece! I agree: she was the best new character in the movie. Too bad they didn't bring her back in Season 8 (though she is going to make an appearance in the next issue of the comic book.)

I think it's supposed to appear in the comics-shops this upcoming Wednesday, but I'm not sure. If/when I find out for sure, I'll be sure to let you know.

Confirmed! Tempest Shadow makes a return-appearance in the next issue, #67, due to hit the comics-shops next Wednesday!

I only wish that (a) they'd done this on the TV show instead of the dumb 'Friendship School' thing they're doing and (b) that it was more than 2 issues long; I think it could easily make for an interesting, longer story-arc...

Yeah, the comics-series is generally pretty good, actually; many of the stories are quite interesting, in fact. (One of my favourites was from a few years ago, involving a mirror-universe, like the "Mirror, Mirror" episode of Star Trek...). Anyhow, yeah, it'll be cool to see Tempest return; hope they do a good job of it.
