This started off as a work to play in lighting and hair painting (Which I need both) and ended up being liked enough to post.

This is actually the first time I've put Mikhail's and Gregori's father together- A young(ish) version of him anyway. His given name started with the A., however some time through his history he had put the given name aside and taken up the name of one of his past victims; though none knew the why of it, no one asked either.

You do not question the head of the lineage such mundane questions.

Between he and Tanias several of the order had mysteriously found their way to Death's grip; slowly working through the Council of Nine to switch bloodlines and heads of families to suit their needs and plans for the future.

In the end, it was the hand of his son-Mikhail-that ended his years of war and terrorizing. Ripped apart (literally), burned to ash and the ashes spread to the four winds it was highly unlikely there would be any that would have the power to rez him again. Mikhail made sure of it.
