I think your use of the media you have available is very skillful. I would say however that you've fallen to the same trapping that a lot of young artists (myself absolutely included!) fall victim to, which is creating an uneven piece. If you take your piece and copy it into MSPaint or a similar program and then flip it horizontally, you'll see what I mean... it's very difficult of course, using physical media to really get a hang of avoiding this, as you can't really flip it while working on it, but being aware of it is the first step towards making your work feel more centered and even (coupled with rigorous practice of course).

Great piece, I really like the blend of colors. Only thing I might say would be the pink in his face fades him, unless that was what you were going for. I lobe those flowers and his eyes though...especially his eyes D: they're dreamy! lol Very well done!
