I don't know dude, hands are REALLY hard to draw. And i don't see anything wrong with the hand in the second panel. Especially with the the fact it has bends and such in it. Your better then me, so just practice practice practice and also take every opportunity to talk with other artists and ask about there techniques. Do that and you will keep getting better and better!
