Really nice.

But ... when I first saw the thumb-nail sized version it looked like your mech was reading a folding roadmap (held in tiny T-rex-like arms) and trying to figure out where it was.

At full size it's obvious that it isn't a roadmap. Though a version of this that was might be a funny one-off.

Yeah, we met him a couple of years back at a Summer WonderFestival here in Tokyo and my brother and he became really good friends (my brother speaks Japanese really well). We're even part of the Maschinen Krieger universe now as 2 of the figures in the recent Hasegawa 'Figure Set A' release were sculpts of us.

It really is insane - like being in the right place when lightning strikes.

its a bunch of sensors oriented in a curve so the sweeper can scan a wide cone angle in search of the mines
