Suddenly, two A-10 Warthogs are seen flying away from the tear in Equestria's sky.
Gaea: "What is the Army doing in there?"
Sunset: "That can't be possible!"
The jets turn around, and head straight for the portal. They both drop a missile each, and split out of sight. Midnight closes the portal, but it's too late as Midnight Sparkle and Gaea Everfree are blown to pieces. The vines around Sunset and Twilight weaken, and let the two go.
Twilight: "I-I guess the United States Military has an operation in Equestria."
Sunset: "I don't think those jets were from the US military..."
