Description
The home of the gnomes is a vast southern grassland with streams and rivers, it has a warm climate thats perfect for cultivation and farming but one of the reasons that this land is most famous for are the mystical crystals in the mountains called Arcanium Crystals that are used to power gnomish technology. It is called the City States because the gnomes have established seven independent cities with their own governments and customs, while all gnomes are culturally aligned they are not a united people, any more. Once this land was home to the great Gnomish Kingdom, a technological civilization that was governed by the flying city of Gnomica thousands of years ago. But a civil war tor the kingdom apart and the once great flying city to fall to the earth, worse still the demons came in the Dark Era, reducing the gnomes kingdom to ruins that dot the landscape, ruins now overtaken by nature and holding secrets. Today the gnomes stand divided, keeping to themselves and standing alone from one another while looking through lost ruins to one day restore their great civilization to what it once was.
