Description
Small oil painting on board 23x16cm. When I was there a year ago, they were filming the movie 'Casanova' and there were lots of extras about in 18th century finery. It was like a Canaletto painting come to life. The weather was beautiful, unlike in this painting, which I made a bit stormy for atmosphere's sake.Related content

Incredible detail for the size. The puddle with reflections and stomy sky are a great touch. A splendid painting.
