She looks beautiful, especially with that hat. The colors and the hat make me think of vampires. The background elements are very nice too. They add some great detail to this painting. I like the white roses, and the lamp too.

Never liked tophats much, save for on monsters like Mr. Hyde. However, I do love how this one makes her gaze peering out right beneath the brim. Quite an alluring addition to the piece, actually. She's beautiful, and that lamp on the left is masterfully done.
