Hailey just broke up with her boyfriend and Cera is doing all she can to comfort her ("Hailey ... boys are not worth your tears" (fluff, fluff^^)) and she's all also trying to keep calm and not go kick the boy's ass right away ^^ for making her Hailey cry ....
